These terms apply to deadplantssociety.com and events run by Dead Plants Society, a brand of Secret Circus LLC.
Tickets and events
Tickets are subject to our Refund Policy. Event details, times, and venues may change; we'll notify ticket holders by email. Venues may have their own rules, including age requirements, and you agree to follow them.
Conduct
We want everyone to have a good time. We may ask anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to leave without a refund.
Photos
We may take photos at events for social media and promotion. If you'd prefer not to appear, let a host know at the event.
Liability
You attend events at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, Secret Circus LLC isn't liable for lost items, injuries, or damages arising from attending, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Our content
Site content and branding belong to Secret Circus LLC and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
