Refund Policy

We know plans change. Here's how tickets work.

If you can't make it

Cancel at least 7 days before the event for a full refund, minus payment processing fees. Inside 7 days, tickets are nonrefundable, but you're welcome to give or transfer your ticket to a friend. Just email us their name so we can update the guest list.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel an event, you'll get a full refund automatically. If we reschedule, your ticket carries over to the new date, or you can request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.

How to request a refund

Email secretcircusllc@gmail.com with your name and order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
